the West Bay Club gated community (Lee County
2006 Community of the Year). A relaxing 3 bedroom,
3 bathroom, fully furnished modern condominium with
2 balconies, great room and private elevator. Total
square foot is 2140.
The master suite has a sumptuous king bed, walk-in
closet and separate bathroom. Bathroom includes:
large walk-in shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks. Sliding
glass doors to lanai.
The guest room has queen size bed and private
bathroom with walk-in shower. The private balcony
has an eastern exposure.
The den has a desk with laptop computer. The room
can be easily converted to a third bedroom with a
comfortable queen size Murphy bed.
Well equiped kitchen has new GE Profile stainless
steel appliances. Supplied with full cutlery and
dinnerware, cookware, utensils, barware and
dishwasher. Coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave
and mixer. Dining area has seating for 8 and a coffee
counter.
There are HD flat screen TVs in the living room and
master bedroom. Laundry room has washer and
dryer. Large screened lanai (24’ X 11’) with a western
exposure overlooks 18th hole of P.B. Dye golf
course, nature preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. The
large western lanai is well equipped with a dining
table with seating for 6 and two lounge chairs.
