PETS - DOGS welcome with prior approval. Refundable deposit determined by weight, size, to be discussed in advance. Proof of all vaccinations please. Leash to be used off property and, please, clean up after pets regardless of location. Please note: I've been repeatedly told there are numerous owners who allow pets but charge outrageous fees - and keep a portion of it regardless. I refuse to "punish" dog lovers who want to travel with their best friend(s) so, although my pet fee may be goverened by circumstances, it IS refundable...and I've YET to have to keep it...pet owners are the BEST guests!
Labor Day Week: $1900
Thanksgiving and Christmas week: $1600
Due to the number of Spring Breaks, and the months in which they fall, there may be some "over lapping" with weekly fees and time frames. Kindly call for specifics; they seem to change every year!
Minimum stay is 3 days. Please call for Daily rates and "Extra Day" fee. Monthly rentals possible during January and February only. Home is available year round for seasonal-type rentals.
Dog fee to be determined by weight and size. It has come to my attention that many owners who allow pets charge extremely high fees - and often keep a portion whether there was damage or not. Punishing folks who want to travel with their best friend is ludicrous. Although my fee will depend on individual circumstances, it will be reasonable AND refundable. I've yet to have to hold pet money...guests with dogs are the best!
When leaving property for outtings with your 4-footed buddy, please use leash and kindly pick up after them at the house and any other location.
Proof of all vacinations please (may be faxed in advanced).
SWIM AT OWN RISK!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO JUMPING OR DIVING IN POOL!
Damage deposit: $500. Provided house has been well cared for, funds will be returned within 30 days.
A standard Short Term Contract will be mailed to you to sign, and then return to me, along with your Damage Deposit, pet fee if applicable, and 1/2 your rental fee (tax will be included). Your balance will be paid upon acceptance of key.
If cancellation is not received prior to 21 days of arrival date, a $300 fee will be deducted from funds allocated to reserve house.
Local taxes are 11% (7% sales tax and 4% bed tax to county).
Deposits:
Damage deposit: $500 (Refundable)
Pet Deposit: $150 (Refundable)
Lodging Tax: 11%
Cancellations and Refunds:
If cancellation is not received prior to 21 days of arrival date, a $300 fee will be deducted from funds allocated to reserve house.
