Nightly Rate is from $89 per night plus taxes at 13%. Actual rate depends on occupancy, duration of stay & time of year. Please e-mail for firm quote. 20% Deposit secures reservation. NO Cleaning Charge for stays of 6 nights or more. Cleaning Charge of $70 for stays of LESS than 6 nights. Pool heat is $20 per night for number of nights house reserved. Hot Tub always heated free of charge.

We stayed in this house June 2007-5 days.. It is in a great community- quiet and beautiful. The house was great- clean- pool and hot tub perfect. Very close to everything- would and have recommended this house/company to others.
