The beach front Pavilion has storage for the provided cart and bathrooms so you do not have to make a trip back to the house while enjoying a full day at the beach in Destin Florida. We provide everything you need for the perfect Sunshine State Vacation: a cart with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. Need to stay connected? We also have FREE WIFI (wireless Internet) in this unit.
Here is a break down on the features of this beautiful Destin Florida Vacation House:
MASTER BEDROOM: One KING size bed. It is located on the first floor with a walkout to the side covered patio for easy loading and unloading of your luggage. There is a full bath in the Master Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
KING BEDROOM: This is the second bedroom and is located upstairs with one KING bed. There is a walkout to the second floor covered deck. There is a full bath just outside this door. Sleeps 2.
DOUBLE BUNK BEDROOM: This third bedroom has 2 FULL over 2 QUEEN bunkbeds and also has a walkout to the covered deck. Each Bed comes with a light, electric and USB ports. It is located upstairs too. The full bath is also just outside the door to this bedroom. Sleeps 4.
SLEEPER FUTON: In the living room there are 2 FUTON sleeper sofas. Sleeps 2-4.
This Destin Florida vacation rental by owner is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The 3 covered decks/balconies have outdoor furniture for wonderful mornings with coffee or to enjoy with friends in the evening.
This Destin Florida beach house is located between the pool and the ocean. It is a short walk to either. We have tried to give you all you need for an informed vacation decision with the slide show above. We are always improving our Destin Florida Rental house. There are many things to do in Destin!

This home is a short, convenient walk to the beach and to two pools. This gated community has its own private-access beach pavilion with restrooms and outdoor showers which we really found extremely convenient. Everything you could ask for is available in the well equipped kitchen and the owner is very accommodating. He is easy to contact and very responsive. We especially enjoyed the private, side-patio area downstairs with grill and great seating to just sit, chat and relax. The "children" (grown) thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs outside deck connecting the two bedrooms on the second floor. The home was perfect for a family reunion for the 5 of us! Emerald Shores is also very convenient to everything with two gated exits which allow for quick access to the main road, Highway 98 and the beach highway, Old Highway 98. Also within walking distance to several of our favorite restaurants - Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's and Captain Dave's and not far from the Crab Shack and Whale's Tail. Several items the kids or grandkids would want to use at the beach such as boogie board, beach chairs, etc. are available as well. Our family reunions are usually larger, but for the size of our group this year, it was perfect! For these reasons we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as a great 3 bedroom / 2&1/2 bath house to consider in Destin. Thanks to Joe for the great time we had last week in Tobago Sun!

We loved our vacation home! About a 5 minute walk from the beach, comes with everything you need to have a great time at the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys for the kids, and a wagon to take it all in). The house was absolutely fantastic for the 12 of us, the house comes with all that you need to cook/grill, the laundry room was a major plus (we did 2 to 3 loads a day), the beds were comfortable and overall the house had a comfortable feel to it. There is so much to do in Destin, great restaurants everywhere, outlet mall down the road, you get private beach access w/bar, you can rent a kayak/paddle board there on the beach, we rented a scooter car for a week from Fantasea Scooters down the road (a great way to get around & a lot of fun!), and there is a lot to do at Harborwalk Village. We had a great family vacation and hope to return again soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
