Minimum Age Limit for Renters: FAMILY RENTALS ONLY! Our unit WILL NOT be rented to vacationing students or young adults(under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. During Spring Break Season, we require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES . OUR RENTAL UNIT IS MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED AND ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES ARE NULL AND VOID AND CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.This policy includes reservations made by parent who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.NO EXCEPTION!! 2- Advance Rent Payment: A minimum payment of 40% down per reservation is required within 10 days of initial reservation. If the advance rent is not received within 10 days of booking, your reservation will be cancelled. Reservations made 30 days prior to arrival require a credit card advance rent payment upon booking. ADVANCE RENT PAYMENT IS ONLY REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THROUGH CSA TRAVEL PROTECTION OR IF PROPERTY IS REBOOKED.
2- Rental Payments: Final rental payments are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, traveler’s check, bank money order, credit card or personal check with proper identification. Credit cards will not be accepted for monthly stays. In the event of cancellation, refunds must be obtained from CSA Travel Protection and are subject to their policies and conditions. To protect against the loss of your rental payments, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
3- Rental Property Damage Protection: All reservations require the security benefit of CSA Insurance Services' Rental Unit Damage Protection to cover minor damage that may occur during your stay. If you are renting mulitple units the Rental Unit Damage Protection fee is charged for each rental unit. This insurance plan covers unintentional damage to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1000.00. Any damages that exceed $1000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If during your stay at one of our vacation homes an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadverdent acts or omissions the insurer will reimburse the insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1000.00 Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Rental Unit Damage Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Rental Unit Damage Protection is purchased upon booking or with final payment. By submitting payment for this reservation you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Service to pay directly Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Rental Unit Damage Protection. Please contact Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.
Reporting Damage: Please note any damage to the rental unit upon arrival and report it immediately to our Newman-Dailey office to avoid possible liability. If any loss or damage occurs during your stay please notify us immediately in order for the

4-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our rental unit.
5- Absolutely no pets allowed in the rental unit or on the premises.

To prevent loss of rental payments we strongly recommend purchasing CSA Travel Protection 3- Hurricane Policy: Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area we will receive evacuation instructions from the National Hurricane Center and our local governing officials. If the “Mandatory Evacuation” order is given, refunds will only be given by CSA Travel Protection if you have purchased coverage before the storm was named. Newman-Dailey will not issue refund of any rent payments. Other Fees: Sales tax and a one-time 5% administration fee will be added to all reservations.
