Three furnished Decks on Beach: step out the door, on to the sugar white sand and into the Emerald green water 20 yards away; tile floors; we work w/photographer; each deck has dining table, chairs, lounger; we book Tee times and fishing trips; Wireless internet.
We're close to all of the Festivals, including: Seafood, Jazz, Wine, Art, Mullet, and the Fishing Rodeo. We offer discounts on your stay during any of the Festivals.
Golfers....let us book your Tee-Times in advance for you. We work w/a local Golf Concierge. We offer discounts on your stay and are close to many courses.

Apartment Second Bedroom w/Queen pillowtop bed, TV/DVD, and full bath, Deck overlooking beach has chaise, dining table and chairs; step down from deck and on to sugar white sand and into the emerald-green Gulf. Use our beach amenities, rather than having to rent umbrellas, chaises, chairs, etc.
Second Floor: Deck overlooking beach, LR w/Two Queen sleepers, both of which can be used simultaneously to sleep 4 more people, TV/DVD/VCR, Dining Room w/10 chairs, Modern Fully-furnished Kitchen, Full Bath; gas grill; espresso/ice cream/margarita/waffle machines; shrimp boiler; we provide additional mattresses and pillowtops for sleepers

Just wanted to thank you soo much for letting us use your place. My family stayed from May 16 thru 22. We had never been to the Emerald Coast before and COULD NOT BELIEVE how gorgeous it was. Praying that the oil spill does minimal damage, we are hoping to return to Destin EVERY year. We had the BEST TIME EVER. Your place is perfect for us. We would very much like to stay with you again next year. Close to all our favorite restaurants and shopping spots. Plenty of room in the bathrooms and bedrooms! We had no trouble with parking or our neighbors. Everything was right where you said it was and having all those lists over the house made it easier for us to return everything to the right spot. Having four little ones running around wild and you having most of the baby stuff supplied in the condo took a large toll off our backs and packing!! Wow, another wonderful vacation at the best condo on the beach! The water was beautiful, the weather was great, the shopping was unbeatable and the restaraunts are plentiful! This was our 4th year and can't wait to make it 5 years. Still haven't done all we want to do. It was a short trip over to Panama City to Guy Harvey's new restaraunt and shopped there for a couple of hours. Be sure to go east on the main drag to Bayou Bill's for a seafood feast.
