What a relief it was to find this condominium EXACTLY as promised. I was a bit nervous booking something sight unseen, but it was exactly as promised. The unit was spotless, very comfortable for my family of five, and a joy to stay in. Mark the owner, was very accommodating and made sure all of our questions were answered and understood any details we needed to know. We also really enjoyed his recommendation for the seafood buffet at the Sandestin Hilton...Delicious. I would recommend this property to anybody wanting an affordable, safe and well kept, property for a fun and relaxing vacation in Destin.

The condo was absolutely fabulous! The unit was very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Just a few minute walk to the beach and close to EVERYTHING! Mark was very helpful and suggested a number of activities, which we took his advice on. McGuire's Irish Pub is fabulous! This was our first trip to Destin and had 6 guests (ranging from ages 13-45). We were all very comfortable. Highly recommend and will stay here again! Thanks again Mark.

Condo is very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Condo is in a good location for area attractions and many good restaurants. Mark was very helpful and very concerned that everything was to our liking. This is definitely a condo that we will return to in the future!!

We stayed June 26-July 3, 2009. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful...we were right across from the beach, but back off the road enough that you didn't hear traffic. The people that work in the office were so very nice and helpful. The beach is beautiful and since it is private, wasn't overly crowded. Our family of 6 had a great time, and hope to return in the future.
