1151 square foot condo on the 12th floor of beautiful
Surfside Resort located in the calmer, less
congested Miramar Beach section of Destin, FL. Our
southeast ocean view from our 8' x 28' private
balcony is unobstructed by buildings and
SPECTACULAR!
We get the morning sun and afternoon shade so
enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony and
return later to relax in the afternoon shade. Enjoy the
wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean and gaze
down the southeastern Gulf Coast shoreline all the
way to Panama City! All rooms have balcony access
due to the unique floorplan of this unit. Our interior is
all tile flooring with comfortable and family friendly
furniture and decor.
The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed,
flat screen tv, ipod docking/alarm clock, walk-in
lighted closet, dressing area, vanity table,
and large master bath with tiled walk-in shower. A
washer/dryer unit is in master bath. The second
bedroom has two double beds with large closet and
bathroom with tub/shower combo. It also has a TV
and DVD player. The second bedroom can be locked
out and has its own entrance.
The living room couch opens into a queen-size bed.
Ipod/Stereo/CD System, TV, DVD/VCR all in living
room for entertainment. Dining room has mirrored
walls which provide a great view from all seats. The
fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, including
a height adjustable sink and everything you will need
for cooking and/or entertaining.
Surfside's lobby and hallways have recently been
remodeled with beautiful new flooring and decor. Pool
area features a large heated pool and deck area, two
hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and a pool house with
showers and sauna. Crossover the skybridge/catwalk
to the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of
the Gulf of Mexico.
Tennis under the lights, or basketball, volleyball, and
shuffleboard are all available above the COVERED
parking garage. Golf next door at Seascape.
Surfside offers FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
connection and a FITNESS room with gym
equipment.

Just wanted to thank you for setting us up for this vacation.
We had a great time. Weather was hot...i.e. 100% humidity for
a few days. The kids loved the pool and beach, puzzles and the
TRACK. I personally loved the gumbo at Ricks, the tuna salad
at Pompanos, and the free DVD machine downstairs (there wasn't
a lot of going out at night with the kids in bed by 9:00). And
the view was awesome!

Our 17 mo. old LOVES Ernie so we watched your "1-2-3" video a dozen times and our 3 1/2 year old loved the puzzles and games. Being new parents we're not too informed on what to pack yet. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and to keep the kids and us happy!

We enjoyed our week at the beach. We had rain every day but one. But the kids didn't mind playing at the beach or the pool in the rain. We enjoyed your condo so much. The view from the balcony is too awesome to even be described. Your beds are very comfortable and even my wheelchair bound daughter got to enjoy the balcony. We visited Henderson Beach State Park and they had the beach wheelchairs so she was able to put her feet safely on the sand and in the water. (The first time in 15 years). She was so happy! Thank you for the added benefits for her!

June 11-18, 2005 - We had a great time here in Destin this week. Tropical Storm Arlene came through the day we arrived so it was quite windy. Much of the beach was eroded and many of the wooden walkways were destroyed. The weather cleared right up and couldn't have been better the rest of the week. We saw quite a few dolphins. We ate a lot, swam a lot, played a lot, relaxed a lot and spent a lot of money! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

We loved the condo and the beautiful ocean view. We really liked the way that the master bedroom and bath was seperate from the rest of the condo. The ocean was great, except for the seaweed from hurricane Dennis. Watch out for jellyfish! I loved to go out on the balcony first thing in the morning and spend time with God, praying and reading my bible with a beautiful ocean view. We hated to leave!

12/29/04-3/10/05 – Your condo and view are wonderful. The weather for the first two weeks have been in the mid-70s.It is now March 9th and we are packed and ready to leave in the morning. We loved each day here. Bob played lots of golf and I got to play 7 times. Two of our children with their families stopped in to see us and a brother & sister-in-law. They all thought this place was fantastic. Eight very good friends came down to the Destin area. We made several trips to Mobile, Pensacola, and Tallahassee to see relatives , but we always looked forward to coming back here. Thank you Suzanne & Chris for making us feel at home.
