Emerald colored water, white sand. The pools were a great place to relax too and we played some tennis. Our kids loved the bunks and fought over who would sleep on the top bunk. The condo is in a great location - away from all the noise of "downtown" Destin, but just about 10-15 away from all the fun. It's in walking distance to a couple seafood places (less than a mile walk) Property owner was great to work with, very easy process, and he provided good tips about the area. Just wanted you to know that we enjoyed our time at Maravilla. It is a beautiful beach spot for sure! There were no crowds, just a few jellyfish. It's close to everything...shopping, restaurants, the beach, and they have two heated pools. I've stayed in other condos in Destin, and this one is my favorite. The price is very reasonable compared to the others I've stayed at. I recommend this condo. It's clean and set up very "beachy" and has everything you need right there! I love it! We tried staying at another condo down the road and it wasn't the same. Destin has become very busy during the summer and we choose to come down in the spring or fall instead. That's why we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub Majestic Sun offered. The condo was spacious and elegant and we had a wonderful view every morning from our balcony of dolphins swimming along in the ocean.
