Cancellations and Refunds:
Payment for entire stay must be made up front. No refunds on cancellations within thirty days of stay. Cancellations prior to 30 days before stay 90%. Owner specials only valid for stays of 5 days or longer.
There is 1100 feet of soft sugar-white sand beach and a beach side pavilion. Full beach service includes rentals of umbrella/chair, sailboat, kayak, and wave runners. There are six pools, three hot tubs, six tennis courts (three are lit), a nine-hole par three golf course, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. All the amenities are included. The gourmet restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, is onsite and overlooks the property's private marina and boat ramp.
