I have the best condo's that Maravilla Resort has to offer. The Resort alone offers 2 pools (one heated), hot tub, private beach, work out room, tennis courts, club house, basket ball goal, is gated, and more!!!
Beach chairs and umbrella service are included.
But my condo is "as good as it gets", I go the extra mile to put all the tools in place for a relaxing, clean, comfortable stay.
Decorator decor. High speed DSL,wireless. Flat Screen TV. Only footsteps to our private beach, emerald green waters and wonderful pools.
Maravilla 3205 and 3202, larger 2 BR 2BA, gulf view with designer decors.
3205 has West Indies decor, King master with new Queen in 2nd bedroom.
3202 is done in a New England style cottage/beach decor..soft blues and buttery yellow. This is the largest 2 BR floor plan at Maravilla. Offers a King master, twins in 2nd bedroom.
All of my condos have Queen sleeper sofas. Good quality with excellent mattresses.
My kitchen is fully stocked and I have DVD's, several TV's, one in each bedroom as well as family rm., washer dryer, stereo, IPod dock/player, Wireless DSL etc.
I also have property on the beach at Shoreline Towers, and at Observation North at the Village of Baytown in Sandestin. Please inquire about availability/rates

This was our first family vacation (week of June 9), with 2 children ages 4 and 6, and the condo was wonderful. Only steps to the pool (important when you need to run back to the room for "breaks"), and across the street from a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water. It truly felt like a "home away from home". The kids especially loved that they had their "own TV" in their room! Susan was a dream to work with -- she always replied promptly to my many questions! We will DEFINITELY be back, and will be trying to rent this same unit!! Everything in this unit is high end. The pool is literally just steps from the patio. In fact, we could play in the pool and still talk to Grandma on the patio. Dolphins were everywhere at the beach.Everything was beautiful, except for Hurricane Dennis which made us leave paradise a day early. I would love to stay in this unit again, but Grandma isn't paying so we won't be treated to such luxury! Thanks for everything!
