Majestic Sun, Unit # A314, a luxury condominium vacation resort unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico located in the panhandle of Florida. Our A-314 condo is a great vacation beach home for families with children who love to swim. Parents can easily watch their children swimming in the indoor pool water from the kitchen or living room windows, or watch them swim in the outdoor pool from the balcony. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for surfing the net, catching up on emails, or if absolutely necessary doing a little work from the beach.
Life is about choices, and your choices are all but endless at Majestic Sun beach vacation resort. Add the amenities of the 18-hole, world class, golf course and eight tennis courts (located on the property), championship sport fishing, some of the finest choices in casual or gourmet dining, designer outlet and specialty boutique shopping less than one mile away, and you have the total package of Florida vacation location and luxury. Then, there is always a chance to just lay back and enjoy the day at our vacation destination.

We do not ask for a 'security deposit' or 'cleaning fee' when booking any weekly (7 nights) rental. Your check out cleaning fee is included in our published weekly rental rates. A one time cleaning fee of $130.00 will be charged for any monthly or daily rentals. Please compare our published rental rates, plus 11.5% tax, with other owner published rental rates plus security deposit, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. for a real bottom dollar, all inclusive, rental rate package. ** If you will do this comparison and view the attached link to our special Unit Photo Album Slide Show **, we feel sure you will book your Destin Florida Family Vacation with us.** A monthly rental rate is available for December, January, February, and March @ $1900 per month with a two month (2) minimum stay.

*** SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER ARE REALLY NICE MONTHS TO BE IN DESTIN *** THE WEATHER IS WARM & BEAUTIFUL; THE GULF WATERS ARE STILL WARM (Average 81* TO 85*) & PERFECT FOR SWIMMING. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE IN OCTOBER IS FROM 80* TO 87*, GREAT FOR SOAKING UP THE SUN ON THE BEACH.
