featuring a unique floorplan with 1151
square feet, 9 foot ceilings, floor to
ceiling glass doors/windows from
each room, and a spacious 28 foot balcony
which is
accessible from each room and provides a
fantastic
gulf view from each room. The unit is
fully
furnished with everything you need except
your beach towels. Room accommodations
include: master with king size bed, walk-
in closet, tiled bath/shower,
TV/DVD/cable, and sitting area.
Second bedroom features queen size bed,
twin size chair sleeper, large closet,
bath with tub/shower combo, private
entrance (if needed), and
TV/VCR/DVD/cable.
The living room is
equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa,
two leather recliners, TV/DVD/cable,
books, movies, games for the family, and
excellent western view of the ocean.
Adjacent to the living room area is the
dining room area with seating for 6, in
addition to the kitchen seating for 4.

This is a
non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets

The Bennett Family
We have visited Destin for 4 years straight now and have stayed at Surfside during our entire stay. The atmosphere is relaxing and family oriented. We will continue to book our vacation there. The condos are clean, fully equiped with everything you need, close enough to many stores/shops. It is the ideal place to stay.
