Bedding Information: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
Maravilla has 2 pools (1 heated), with hot-tub , barbeque grills, exercise room, clubhouse, tennis courts and shuffleboard. For your enjoyment we provide daily beach service. The beach attendant will setup an umbrella and 2 chairs for your stay. A porta-crib is furnished for infants. Free high speed wireless internet access is also provided in the unit.
This 3 bedroom penthouse condo (sleeps 8-10) is located on the 4th floor (with elevator access). The master suite is on the entry level with king bed. The sleeper sofa in the living area makes out to a queen bed. On the upper level the second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds. There are two bathrooms, one on each level. The fully furnished kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. All linens are provided for your stay.

The living area has a flat screen TV (cable with HBO movies)with DVD/VCR player, stereo with CD player, wireless internet connection for your enjoyment. Local telephone service is provided.

The dining table seats 6-8 with additional 3 seats at the bar.

My 6 sisters and I stayed at this condo in June, 2011. We were extremely pleased with the location and the condo itself. The condo was very clean, lots of dishes, silverware and enough pots and pans to do are own cooking. The condo was quiet, great view of the ocean from the deck. The facility was clean and neat. We enjoyed walking the very nearby beach as well as the sidewalks. The pictures shown on the internet are true to real life. Hope you enjoy your stay!

We stayed in this unit a few years ago over the Christmas Holidays. We could not have been more pleased. Clean quiet and just a short walk to the beach. We had a mini family reunion with my dad staying down the street a few blocks and the proximity was perfect. Thanks to Mary for sharing her beautiful condo with us and with management for taking such good care of the property. We felt secure.
