There are many Amenities for everyone at Ariel Dunes. You can enjoy our Two Large Pools totaling over 11,000 square feet. One of our pools is gently sloped from Zero Entry Water Depth to five feet with a Mushroom Waterfall which the kids will love! The other pool is Seasonally Heated and is a great place to relax, swim, and soak in the sun. Of course the Largest And Best Amenity associated with Ariel Dunes is the 2000’ of Magnificent Open Shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and pleasure. The Seascape Resort Complex includes an 18 Hole
Golf Course, Tennis Courts for your use and many walking or jogging paths. As all fishermen know, the Destin area provides Amazing Year Round Fishing and is known as the Greatest Little Fishing Village
anywhere. Shopping is at a premium with Silver Sands Outlet Mall less than a mile away, Village at Baytowne Wharf, and the new Destin Commons Mall. Destin is also known for its large number of Wonderful Restaurants, many of which are located 5
minutes or less from Ariel Dunes.

We do not ask for a "Security Deposit" or "Cleaning Fee" when booking any weekly (7 nights) rental. Your check out cleaning fee is included in our published weekly rental rates at no additional charge. A one time cleaning fee of $130.00 will be charged for any monthly or daily rentals. Please compare our published rental rates, plus the required 11.5% state & local tax, with other owner published rates, state & local 11.5% tax, plus their required security deposit, cleaning fees, and other administrative fees, for a true bottom dollar, all inclusive, rental package charge. If you will do this comparsion, we feel certain you will book your next vacation in one of our condos. ** A monthly rental rate is available for the months of November through
March.

It is Finally Completed, The Brand New Ariel Dunes Conference Center is now complete and ready for your enjoyment. This new space contains a Fitness Room with brand new PRECOR fitness equipment, a Conference Room and Arcade. The Conference Room is available to reserve on a daily basis. This large room can hold groups of up to 75 people. Just ask for rates and reservations. The Arcade is also accessible by the general public and can be used from 6 a.m until 10 p.m. Same as the pool hours.

Two of the Three Bedrooms has it own Private Bath and has been decorated with comfort in mind. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and seating. Adjoining it is a master bath with a walk-in shower, separate large bathtub and his/her vanities. The Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed with a private bath and back balcony with golf course views. The Third
Bedroom has Twin Beds and connects to the third bathroom with a walk-in shower. TVs with DVDs are included in all bedrooms as well as the den area. We insist on providing our guests with a very clean unit.

The den area has a very Comfortable Sofa which converts into a Queen Sleeper. The dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat eight people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile Appliances which include a side by side
refrigerator/freezer with front Filtered Ice Maker and Water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and built-in microwave. It is also fully equipped with utensils, cookware, plates, coffee maker, blender, toaster and large pots for boiling shrimp! The kitchen
has beautiful Granite Counter Tops and the utility room has a Full Size Washer and Dryer. Free Wireless Internet Service is available for all our guests.

Charter fishing with large privately owned fishing fleets, more than a dozen golf courses within 15 minutes, “Big Kahunas” Water Park, Henderson State Park and Grayson State Park, Village at Baytowne Wharf with restaurants, shops, live music and a wonderful place for kids, Whales Tail Beach
Bar and Grill for seaside dining and live entertainment, Sunset Cruises, Glass Bottom Boats.

Off Street Parking: A large private parking area is located in rear of Ariel Dunes for owners,guests and renters.
Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: There is plenty room to park an RV, Boat or Trailer either in the parking lot or on the Seascape property. There are 4 elevators to access all units.

Entertainment
Private Pool (3) : 3 pools total. One is heated. One is a very large zero entry water level with a mushroom water feature which is very popular with small children. Parents also enjoy this feature.

View/Location
Beach View: The beach and gulf waters are about two football field lengths from our unit. Very easy walk with children. Outdoor showers are available when returning from the beach.

Lakefront: Great fresh water fishing on Lake Stewart, part of the Seascape Resort, directly in front of our 710 unit.

Our vacation was the best ever. The pools were our sanity with little ones. Also, having the on-site Cabana Cafe Restaurant was very convenient. That's just the amenities, the condo itself was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean & on-site fishing lake was beautiful as well. I have to say that I was hesitate not being right on the ocean, but the amendities, as well as the view, were well worth it. The straight shot walk to the beach was not bad at all. We love the no entry depth pool with the mushroom water feature. The kids had a blast and that's what it is all about. We will contact you next year for another stress free fun in the sun as well as recommend your place to our friends.
