This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with queen sleep sofa) lakefront villa is located in Seascape Resort. The "Boardwalk at Seascape" villa lends a low-key vacation, while you enjoy the lakefront green space around your townhome and stroll the boardwalk to the sugar white beaches. The pool is just steps from your townhome. Sunset will find you sitting on the back screened porch looking over the lake; perhaps watching the kids play frisbee in the the yard as well. Stay in one night and enjoy a shrimp boil, easily done with the fully stocked kitchen. The villas lend a perfect Destin vacation for those who prefer to drive right up to their door, enjoy the privacy of a smaller complex, and have families that can enjoy the lakefront green space. Resort ammenities include an onsite restaurant, Cabana Cafe. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Cafe also has a coffee shop. Also within Seascape Resort, you will find over 2000 feet of beach; an 18 hole golf course; tennis, watersports; bike rentals; parasailing; waverunner rentals; and a favorite Destin hotspot, Whales Tail Bar & Grill, located directly on the beach.
