Cook some fresh seafood to enjoy eating beachfront on the balcony. There is also a powder room on this level.

The master and guest bedrooms are comfortably situated on the upper level, each with their own gally-style bathroom. Another beachfront balcony is off the master.

The lower level houses a storage area and yet a third beachfront balcony! From this level, enjoy strolling down the private boardwalk or two steps straight onto the sugar sand.
