Our new cottage "Gone to the Beach" is designed to allow you to relax and refresh. Located in exclusive "Santa Rosa Beach" - close to Seaside, this spacious four bedroom, three bath home plus a tower room on the third floor.

Enjoy the luxury of this beach cottage located in the brand new development of Old Florida Village right near Gulf Place. Our cottage is a quick stroll away from Florida's Emerald Coast - One of the World Most Beautiful Beaches (Life - guarded beach during season). The cottage is located in the center island of the development and just steps away from one of the two pools (children do not have to go into street to get to the pool). Restaurants are within walking distance as is stores for shopping. In addition, Silver Sands Factory Outlet Center is just ten minutes to the west in Sanddestin. Goatfeathers Seafood Market is right outside the village entrance for those that appreciate good seafood!! Also a few miles away is Destin Commons a brand new shopping and entertaining center with shops, restaurants and a Rave Motion theater.

Old Florida Village is made up of 75 distinctive, architecturally rich homes with a Retail/Loft (scheduled to be completed in 2010) entrance that will be similar to Seaside. The Village has two community pools. The streets are made of pavers, special pavement and stone. The natural Santa Rosa beauty was left throughout plus some great landscaping. Green space is throughout the community. There is only one road into the neighborhood which creates a nice private feeling for adults and children. Take a stroll or bike ride around. Convenient bike rentals are available in the area.

The house is tastefully decorated with rich and relaxing furniture. A Gas BBQ grill is provided for your family cookouts. The bedrooms are furnished as follows:king in the master, two queens in two other bedrooms and two twins in the fourth bedroom. The tower room is furnished with a couch, two chairs, an ottoman and an entertainment center - great for relaxing at the end of the day or watching the sunsets. Two porches will give you time to sit outside and relax while reading a book or talking to friends and family. The family room, three of the four bedrooms and the tower room will have TV's with most having DVD capabilities. The tower room as DVD and VHS capabilities.

Scenic Highway 30-A. The road is a spectacular 18-mile journey of beautiful beaches, sidewalks, architecture, restaurants, fishing, kayaking, biking, walking and shopping. Beach set ups are available.There is a clean restroom located at the beach.

Restaurants:

One of the charming elements of 30-A is that there are no national food chains allowed. When you go to the beach you want to experience something different from your hometown. Well, you are in for a treat… There are many different choices and many for good restaurants - six that are within walking distance away from "Gone to the Beach"

Entertainment:

Gulf Place is 4/10’s of a mile from Old Florida Village. From April to September there is a free concert every Sunday night. Take a walk along the beach to Gulf Place and enjoy and evening of music.
