2nd Floor: Living area has 32" tv, dvd, vcr, sound system, sleeper sofa & wrap-around patio with nice gulf views.Dining area seats 8 with additional seating at the bar. Kitchen has large bar with all modern appliances. Laundry room. Queen bedroom, 19" tv, bath.
3rd Floor: Loft with, sleeper sofa, 27" tv, dvd, vcr, play station, sound system and fantastic gulf/beach views. A very comfortable setting to enjoy sleeping, reading, movies or just taking in the beauty of the Gulf waters and the widest beach anywhere in the area.
House has covered carport, gas and electric grills, outside shower and a wrap-around porch that helps to enhance the fantastic views of the gulf of mexico. Within walking distance to Silver Sands factory outlet mall, Restaurants and grocery shopping Coast inn at Gulfside is just one in a small community of 29 Florida Cottages with palm tree lined streets, sidewalks, heated pool, and easy beach access.
This is truly one of the most unique settings and sought after locations in the Destin area.
