Make your ordinary vacation become EXTRAORDINARY! Stay at Affinity, a beach cottage in a southern style community. Affinity is one of 29 cottages in a development with metal roofs, white picket fences, street lamps, community pool, and tropical landscaping. The beach is a short stroll through the community and on the boardwalk. There are no major roads to cross and no traffic with which to contend. The community pool is steps from the cottage.



Affinity has all of the comforts of home with none of the worries! There are two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed - and each bedroom has its own bathroom, ceiling fan, and television. Off of the master bedroom there is a sleeping porch with two twin-size, Murphy beds, and with the sleeper sofa downstairs, Affinity easily accommodates 6 adults and 2 children.



Downstairs is the living area of the cottage. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with smooth top range, a counter area with three counter chairs, and a table with six chairs for dining enjoyment. Relax in one of two comfortable La-Z-Boy recliners or on the sleeper sofa while watching your favorite television shows or viewing a movie via DVD or VCR player. For added comfort, there is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well as a washer and dryer room with ironing facilities. Of course, there is central heat and air.



Other conveniences include an outside shower to rinse the salt and sand from the beach and an adjacent covered carport to protect your vehicle from the hot summer sun. There's a gas grill under the carport for cooking your family's favorite meals.



To make your packing easier, there are beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a large cooler available for your use.



Affinity is conveniently located between Destin and Sandestin and is across the road from the Silver Sands outlet mall. Yet, Affinity is tucked away from noise and provides privacy. A short walk will take you to grocery stores, banks, drug stores, and other specialty stores.



Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. NO smoking. Your family dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog (Maximum of two).
