The deck has a separate eating area with table, chairs and lots of lounge chairs for sunning by the pool. The kids will enjoy a "play house" by the pool. The back yard is large and fully fenced.

There is a first floor master bedroom and bath along with a bunk room with 2 sets of single over double bunks. Two queen guest rooms are upstairs on the main living area. An added bonus is a "mini kitchen" convenient to the pool with a refrigerator and micro-wave.

Just off the living room is a sun room with dining table and chairs for 4 and a sleeper sofa. The french doors make the room quiet where kids or adults can enjoy a separate living area.

Destin has 10 world class golf course, world renowned fishing - something for everybody... golf, snorkeling, cruises, and wildlife viewing, Not to mention the Big Kahuna Water Park, Gulfarium, movies, bowling, or all of the fabulous shopping in boutiques, Silver Sands Discount Mall and the Destin Commons a few blocks away.
