Adi-Cakes is in the quaint community of Old Florida Village located in Santa Rosa Beach. The house is situated in the back of the subdivision on quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for families with young children. Located in a natural wildlife setting, Old Florida Village is situated in an area that's great for bike riding up and down scenic Hwy. 30-A, along sidewalks through the great little towns of Santa Rosa, Grayton, and Water Color to the famous Seaside community. Restaurants and great shops abound with beautiful scenery along the way -- sugar white beaches, lakes, lagoons, and wildlife bordering the bike trails.

The beach is a 5-minute walk or bike-ride; drive, and it's about 2 min. away with ample parking, restrooms, picnic area and cafes just across the street. The sunsets are always amazing. For the golfer in your family, the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is less than a mile away. Here you have a meticulously maintained championship course with a full practice facility. The Clubhouse has a fully stocked pro shop (rental clubs are available) and Mulligan’s Grill serves breakfast and lunch and of course your favorite cold beverage. Tennis courts and locker room are also available.

Our house is your "home away from home." Only four years old, the house is designed for relaxing and easy entertaining, with a flat-screen TV located in the corner of the open living room/dining area and kitchen. Granite counter tops with bar stools, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen is there for home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen is a large family dining table that seats 8. A washer and dryer is also conveniently located off the kitchen. There is desk area with. wireless high speed internet for those needing to be connected. This laid back cottage was designed by a professional designer with our guests in mind for total comfort and relaxation.

There is a first floor bedroom and full bath to the rear of the kitchen with a trundle which pulls out to a Queen size bed.

Upstairs is the large master bedroom with king size bed and a private bath with custom tile shower with two shower heads and a seat. Also there is a private deck off the master -- overlooking the natural setting cul-de-sac. Relax while you watch your children play.

The third bedroom has twin beds for the kids or they can easily be pushed together for the adults who would prefer a king.

The fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed in a Hemingway style setting. A hall bath accommodates both bedrooms.

All bedrooms have T.V’s and DVD's for your privacy.

There are two large community pools in the neighborhood for your pleasure.

Fresh seafood is available across 30 A at Goat Feathers or if you prefer you can dine in the restaurant upstairs. Less than a mile, away is Gulf Place Caribbean, with shops, restaurants, bike rentals and concerts on the lawn in the summer. For a romantic night out,try the Santa Rosa Beach Club located across from the golf course on 30-A with beautiful gulf view and great dining prepared by an incredible chef. Gulf side Patio,or dining for lunch and brunch available on Sundays. There are also many other great restaurants in the immediate area. There is lots to see and do in Santa Rosa, but it is only a short drive to Destin to the famous Outlet Mall, waterslides, amusement parks, putt putt, and the world famous Destin fishing docks.

Adi-Cakes is a laid back cottage in an ideal location for fun and sun for your vacation experience. You will want to come back, once you have experienced this home away from home.

Old Florida Village is ideally situated within a quarter mile of 2 public beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking. Gulf Place is also within
walking distance where you’ll find a café, restaurants, shopping and during the summer season you can enjoy evening concerts in the park.
