The house receives full sun and the only shadows
cast are those of surrounding palm trees.

The 2nd floor open living room stands ready for a
large group to adapt it to their specific needs. A huge
TV is available for your view pleasure. The room’s
prime feature is two sets of sliding doors with perfect
ocean views. Left open, the doors allow the living
room to naturally extend into the elevated beachfront
deck. There, sun loungers and patio table await great

A separate first floor living room provides privacy and
a space for down time, where a sofa and beached
themed coffee table set the scene for a multi-purpose
