This Daytona Beach 5 bedroom oceanfront luxury home with heated pool has been built on a high dune with breathtaking ocean views from all levels of the house. Perfect for families & corporate entertaining.

The home boasts 5 BRs, Heated Pool, Billiards Table, wireless internet, and a Jacuzzi. The home is set on three spacious levels with comfort & beauty all in mind. The expansive floor plan & cathedral ceilings make it the ultimate venue for entertaining.

The state of the art plasma & sound systems ensure that movie watching & music listening become a memorable experience all tuned to receive high definition channels as well as all ShowTime, Cineplex, music video, and HBO channels. The Plasma TV is connected to a state-of-the-art 5-channel surround sound with a large base woofer and four 5-foot-high speakers.

The entry foyer which is situated on the first floor is graced with marble flooring. From the foyer, you will be led to the formal lounge and the formal dining area which is graced by an Italian eight place dining table and buffet. Both the formal lounge & dining area offer full breathtaking panoramic ocean views. This level is galleried to provide an overlook to the ground floor living room & swimming pool. There is also a patio on this floor.

A curved stairway from the foyer will lead you downstairs to the pool suite, which offers direct access to the heated pool, gourmet kitchen, living room and bedroom suite. This bedroom is perfect for elderly or physically challenged guests as no stairs need be negotiated to enjoy this area. For the more active person, there's an 8-foot billiards table where you can play against other company in the comfort of your own home environment.

The ground floor reveals a wonderful bright spacious living room with high cathedral ceilings and large curved bay windows reaching up to the ceiling, unveiling a spectacular view. The furnishings of the room are of a soft nature with comfort and ease in mind. The option of a wide screen television is available to you at the touch of a button.

The large back garden has a fully enclosed 4-person Jacuzzi and shower area (which as hot and cold water). The gate opens to the beach where a wooden dune walkover allows private access to the beach.

The master suite is a very bright spacious room with ample space to add a crib or even another bed. Included in this magnificent suite are ensuite facilities with his/ hers spacious walk-in closets, his/hers bathrooms, a master Jacuzzi, and a substantial sized curved shower room.

Breathtaking views of the sunrise are afforded from the balcony of this suite. The ocean will lull you to sleep at night and greet you in the morning.

Four of the five bedrooms boast ocean views, with the fifth bedroom having dramatic skylights opening to views of the bluest of skies. The home is located just steps away from the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse which, along with the Lighthouse Museum, is open daily to visitors. Stowaway beds may be provided at an additional charge.
