It is always a relief to arrive at a vacation rental which you have only previewed over the web and be pleased. In this case, the pictures on the website were, if anything, an understatement of how nice a proprty this is. The ocean views are fantastic and the buidling and suite are in excellent shape. My husband and I just returned from a week of "heaven" at the owners other condo in the same building.The unit is perfect with everything you could possibly need and tastefully decorated.The building is quiet and very beautiful.Has a great workout room and the pool was never crowded.Easy access to everything. We had a fantastic two weeks here. The ocean is directly below the master bedroom. We slept with the sliding doors open every night while listening to the pounding ocean surf. We didn’t even have to turn the a/c on. The breeze comes right in if you leave the living room balcony sliding doors open as well as the Master bedroom sliding doors and the bedroom door. We watched the sun come up directly over the Atlantic Ocean every morning from bed. What a sight! Each morning we watched the joggers and children on the beach and the seagulls and pelicans fishing for their breakfast. I want to live here! It is so beautiful. The unit is magnificently decorated. Everything is here that you would need. We asked for a few special items and the owner actually brought them over the next day. This is a great area of Florida. There is much to do in the Daytona Beach area (check out St. Augustine one evening – great shopping) and there are exceptional restaurants too, but mostly we cooked in (the kitchen is impressive) and worked on our tans. I actually finished three books that I had bought two years ago. I have booked this condo again for next year.
