This was my first vacation and my first trip to Florida. Staying with the compliments of Phyllis and her husband made my trip an even better experience. The place where we stayed was very clean and several things had been replaced before we arrived. Everything was in perfectly good working order. Yes, we got every bit of our deposit back. I definately will be staying with them again. They are a very welcoming couple.

This was are first trip to America with four other friends.
Our flight was delayed but Phyllis still greeted us at the condo very late in the evening. We were overwhelmed at the beautiful condo and all the faclities that were in it. All the extra special touches of food and hygiene products was outstanding. The chocolate cake was fantastic which Phyllis had made herself and delivered to us. We had a great time in Daytona and we will be visiting again. Thanks Phyllis for everything and we look forward to seeing you again.

Originally we did not plan on spending our vacation in Daytona Beach. But, I saw this condo online and emailed Phyllis for more information. Phyllis took the time to call and talk with me and emailed me about any questions I had. We decided Daytona Beach is where we wanted to spend our vacation. And we were sure glad we did. We stayed at this wonderful condo for the month of January 08. It was the perfect place for us. The ocean was so close that I could see it from the bedroom window. I do want to mention, the beach there is awesome. Off the living room of this condo is a patio which we really enjoyed. It overlooks an absolutely lovely pool and beautiful garden. We are from WI, and to be able to sit outside on a patio in January and see and enjoy the plants in bloom is really something. The people there are so friendly. They make you feel right at home. Some of them go back there every winter. I can't say enough good things about this place. Phyllis, thank you for everything. You made us feel so comfortable, a home away from home. We would love to go back there again!

The condo was wonderfull. Phylis was a sweetheatr she met us there and greeted us like she was family. The condo had every thing in you needed. I will definitely go there again. the condo is larger than the pics look. Across the street from beach access road right there to drive on beach 1-10 I give it a ten.

The place was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and Dryer just outside the door was nice (change at the ice cream shop next door). Short walk to the beach and short drive to the grocery store! Publix just to the South is best. Stavros pizza is excellent and they will devliver. TV's in all the rooms, plenty of towles etc etc. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again!
