The place was absolutely great. We stayed for a Girl's trip and everything was exactly as noted. Phyllis was great and met us upon arrival. She did thorough tour and was able to accommodate all our needs! Would definitely recommend this to all interested in staying in Daytona Beach!

This condo was the best. It never felt like a rental! It was nice having EVERTHING we needed right there in the condo when we arrived.(it's great having a washer/dryer). It was also a nice touch to have those "extras" in the fridge. The evening sky/reflection of the water was spectacular from the balcony. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that enjoys the feeling like you are at home even though you are away from home. And not a blah hotel room. And the beds were awesome. I'll see ya next year!! Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 707 at Towers Grande!
It is absolutely beautiful!
Phyllis is a wonderful hostess who meets you with a baggage cart, goes over the property with you and makes you feel so at home with all the 'goodies' she has waiting for you when you arrive.
The year round homeowners were a little snooty and the lady in the office needs to learn how to smile and a little courtesy from her would be nice, too.

I recently got to see this property and was overwhelmed. It is obvious that great detail and time has gone into the decorating of this condo. It has only the best of everything. I felt like I had stepped into the "lifestyles of the rich and famous!" I will be renting this property in July, and I can not wait to bring my entire family. I am excited to spend a week with my entire family, including a son who has been away at college all year. This property provides a place for all of us to gather in one place. With all the extras, it is definatly a great value.

"My family and I were at your condo in March, and my Mother was wondering what kind of foam you had on top of your mattress. she said that it was very comfortable amd she did not have a backache anymore. even my husband liked it".
