We stayed here in July 2009 and will definitely be back again. Everything was perfect, Tina is great to rent from, with a nicely furnished, well stocked condo (including beach chairs and toys), and most comfortable beds. Spectacular views on the balcony and just as incredible from all the windows inside. Very nice amenities and great beach. After researching condos on the gulf side for 2010, I'm sure this condo can't be beat!

"Best Vacation Ever!!!!"

It helped make our family's vacation the best ever. We did not want for anything at our condo, only groceries!!!! It has been the best equipped condo we have stayed in ever and I have stayed in plenty. I would recommend this condo. It was right on the beach and close to everything that we wanted to do. We have family in Ormond Beach and Port Orange and were within a 5 minute drive to them. There was not a thing we did not like about the condo. Tina was very helpful and for the price, it was a "steal"!!!!!! If I go back to Daytona, ever, I will definitely stay here!!!!! I have your number and email, Tina!!!!

"high up in the sky"
we stayed on the 14th floor of this awesome building. All of the amenities we needed were included. Even some toys for our 2 year old to play on the beach. Very spacious and awesome views of the beach. It was so much nicer than staying in a small hotel room and the prices were very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend peck plaza to families or even multiple couples. I felt at home here and we had a fabulous time. We will someday be back.

"Great location and beautiful ocean views! The perfect condo for two couples ~ separate bathrooms and the bedrooms on opposite side of condo for maximum privacy. Each bedroom has breathtaking view of ocean as does the living room. The balcony has ocean and bay views, great for evening cocktails. Very clean and extremely comfy, Tina was a pleasure to talk to and make our stay very enjoyable. We were there in March, for Bike Week 2009 so the underground parking for the bikes was terrific. The residents were super nice, us girls even made some friends shooting pool. Top of Daytona has a great happy hour. We are definitely returning!! We spent a wonderful 3 weeks at the condo and we had a wonderful time it was perfect.We are directly on the beach . The owner Tina is very nice and very help ful, we just drove right to the condo. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn the first year that we stay in the condo that all the pictures online matched the condo in side and outside. It's actually nicer than the pictures! We'd definitely recommend this condo for vacation and want to spend a lot other weeks in this condo. This location has the potential of being very nice. It is currently under some construction repair, which we were informed after we arrived will will last until March of 2007. We were led to believe by the owner that the construction would only effect us not having access to the balcony and we were given a discount for that inconvience. We were not informed it would also effect the pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, mini golf and use of the parking garage. There was Jack-hammering occuring on the pool level and Garage level, which would start around 7:30am and countinue until around 4pm. The noise was so loud even on the 14th floor you would be unable to sleep in. It did not make for a relaxing vaction atmosphere.
