Frequent renters receive 10% discount on published rates.

Deposits:
Reservation deposit is $200.00 which becomes your damage deposit upon occupancy. The $200.00 damage deposit is gladly refunded after your stay if the condo is returned to us just as you found it.
Lodging Tax: 12.5%
Cleaning Fee: $75.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation Fee after deposit: $200.00. No refunds after final payment, unless we can rent the condo to another renter for your entire time period. Weather related refunds are given if the authorities order a tourist evacuation due to an approaching storm; refund is pro-rated for the unused portion of your stay.

Lost Key - $150.00
Damage Deposit - $200.00 (higher for longer stays)
