WEEKLY RENTAL RATES from $835 to $1,335, depending on the dates. Special Events are higher. Add $65 cleaning fee, plus 12.5% Florida tax to the rental cost. WEEKLY RENTALS: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. 7 DAY MINIMUM RENTALS. MasterCard, Visa, and AX accepted.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Daytona Beach Shores and can't wait to return. The condo was spacious, comfortable and the view from the balcony was just heaven. The location is great and we would recommend you try the little Italian Bakery directly across the street - Vittoria's. Daytona still has one of the best beaches ever!

Very clean and spacious. Nothing like rolling over on a king size bed and seeing the ocean. Breakfast on a very large balcony started our days out just right. We had wonderful weather for enjoying the beach and the pool! The kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking and baking and there is a great store just 1/2 a mile away for grocery shopping. We HIGHLY recommend this condo for a family or couples stay and we will return again next year!

What a beautifully decorated and clean condo. Spacious and has everything you need and more. Loved the dvd/TV combos in the bedrooms and the VERY comfortable king size bed. The view of the ocean out of the master bedroom is priceless! Owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the bakery/coffee shop right across the street and the Publix grocery store 1/2 a mile away. We will be back again next year!!

We stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving this year and were greatly disappointed. The carpeting was extremely dirty, the lower kitchen cabinet floors were caved in. The pans were a joke, there wasn't one frying pan with a flat bottom. The overall cleanliness was not good. In the second bedroom the wall and ceiling were black from soot. The sliding glass door screen in the master bathroom was filthy as was the track of the sliding glass door. I did contact the owner and her only response was that they had the carpets cleaned the week following our stay and they were "just like new" now. And that was supposed to make our stay better, how? Trust me, just cleaning that carpeting would not make them "just like new". When it was time to send in my money, it was $200 more than I had planned on paying. We feel as though this condo was not what was advertised and feel as though it was $1,100 that could have been much better spent otherwise. The only positive thing is the awesome view of the Atlantic.
We have never been as disappointed in a condo rental as we were with this one. We will definitely never be back.

We had a marvelous time in Daytona and are so pleased that you were willing to share your condominium with us. We were there the 2nd week in May and had great weather. Our sons had just finished their first year of college (we have twins) and it was a good way to get reacquainted. The condo had everything we needed - the kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to go home with clean clothes by utilizing the laundry room. But best of all was the view from the balcony - how relaxing. One evening we even got to watch a storm over the ocean - really cool! I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants a place that has everything you could ask for and is close to all kinds of great places to eat and activities. We spent a day at Epcot and the drive was not bad at all. The Italian restaurant across the street was great - we really appreciated the family atmosphere. Thanks again for sharing your condominium and we look forward to coming back if we can work it out with everyone's schedule.

The place was beautiful. It had a welcoming feel to it. The views from the balcony were great. The people in the building (residents & vacationers) were friendly and helpful. What a wonderful place to spend time away from the Buffalo snow.We had 2 wonderful beach days and used the clowdy days for sightseeing--we did the River Cruise at Blude Springs State Park and the Kennedy Space Center. The view from the balcony is breathtaking-being on the 10th Floor provides a prospective of the ocean that non of us have ever experienced. The accommocatins were A+, clean bright and everything you need at your fingertips. The Beach Towels came in handy. Thanks for sharing you place.
