Vacation Rental Home Description

Cinnamon beach 1061 is an extra-large, penthouse condo. Plenty of room to spread out and relax while you enjoy your Florida vacation. This condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large kitchen, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, two separate dining areas, a comfortable living room, and a huge balcony.

Because each bedroom has its own bathroom, this condo is ideal for large travel groups. The private balcony is a wonderful place to relax, while you sip on your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. You'll love the beautiful views and dazzling Florida sunsets.

Outside your condo, you are only steps to the private beach and complete resort amenities. This resort offers two swimming pools and clubhouses; one is exclusively for adults and the other is perfect for families. Nearby is the fun European Village, a perfect spot for dinner and window shopping.

The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.

The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic views. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space.

One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the lake and golf course.

This is Cinnamon beach condo Unit 1061 in the ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 10, sixth floor (top floor). We also manage Unit 1062 (next door - sixth floor) and Unit 1063, and 1064 (two units down), perfect for families traveling together.
