Vacation Rental Home Description

This upscale condo is 2,300 sq. ft and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private balcony. The master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and dinette area all have ocean views from the 21st floor. The other 2 bedrooms have and intercoastal view. The 3rd bedroom is a pull-out sofa bed as well as a TV room. A blow-up bed is also included.
The kitchen is equipped with ALL appliances for convenience.

The building is a secured building and has 2 workout rooms, one for cardio and the other with weight machines. It has a steam room in the men's room and one in the women's room by the heated indoor pool. There is a second pool outdoors and beach access.

The building is surrounded by restaurants, a putt-putt golf course, grocery stores and has a trolley that stops in front of the building for transportation to many different destinations. It is a great location and upscale surroundings for Bike Week as well as all of the races taking place in Daytona.

NOTE: The rental has a 2 week minimum in the by-laws as the unit owners do NOT want a very transient building.
