Beautiful Luxury Oceanfront Condo
Sleeping Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6
Bedding Information: 2 Kings, 1 pull out sofa (double) and a blow up bed
bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private balcony.
The master bedroom, living room, dining room,
kitchen and dinette area all have ocean views from
the 21st floor. The other 2 bedrooms have and
intercoastal view. The 3rd bedroom is a pull-out sofa
bed as well as a TV room. A blow-up bed is also
included.
The kitchen is equipped with ALL appliances for
convenience.
The building is a secured building and has 2 workout
rooms, one for cardio and the other with weight
machines. It has a steam room in the men's room
and one in the women's room by the heated indoor
pool. There is a second pool outdoors and beach
access.
The building is surrounded by restaurants, a putt-putt
golf course, grocery stores and has a trolley that
stops in front of the building for transportation to
many different destinations. It is a great location and
upscale surroundings for Bike Week as well as all of
the races taking place in Daytona.
NOTE: The rental has a 2 week minimum in the
by-laws as the unit owners do NOT want a very
transient building.

What an amazing view from the balcony. Everything was so spacious and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere, beautifully decorated and centrally located. Everything was so clean and well supplied. All you need is food and some tasty beverages. I will surely visit this property again.

The property was perfect for our group of four adults, but would have easily accommodated six. The space was very large and luxurious, and we felt right at home. The fully-equipped kitchen is a big plus, so you don't have to eat out all of the time, and the view of the ocean from the terrace was spectacular! The location is great for everything you would want to do in Daytona, and we would definitely go back!!!

Two families together(six members total)enjoyed our "Spring Break" rental of this beautifully decorated but comfortably "at home" feeling condo. All the comforts of home are available. The view is spectacular, the beach is clean and easily accessible. Will definitely rent this unit again!

I needed a quiet relaxing vacation and this was the perfect fit. The location is very convenient and easy to get to, the view is breath taking,and the building is quiet with a secured parking lot.
The unit has everything. All you need is your bathing suit.
Coffee on the balcony is a must and there are great restaurants within walking distance. (But if you cook-everything you need is there)
