Off season rates start at $495/wk in our 1/1 and from $695/wk in our 2/2. 2 night min stay required most of the time. Longer stays may be required during holidays/special events. Lodging Tax: 12.5% Cleaning Fee: $125.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Notice given over the phone will not be considered valid. Written notification received 60 days or more prior to arrival date is entitled to refund MINUS $100 cancellation fee. In addition, the 3% processing fee that was incurred at time of booking the reservation will be forfeited as well. NO REFUNDS of ANY monies for any cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date – NO EXCEPTIONS. We recommend you obtain separate travel insurance to cover any loss and/or refunds.
