CHECK OUT OUR TESTIMONIALS AT THE BOTTOM OF FIRST PAGE! This condo is clean, can sleep up to 6 people and has one of the best locations in Daytona Beach! It is right on the beach – you don’t even need to cross the street! Only one mile to the boardwalk, the pier and all Main street attractions. Close to Daytona 500 Speedway, golfing, Ocean Center, waterparks, several restaurants, etc. Only one hour to Disneyworld and less than one hour to Kennedy Space Center. This complex has a workout room and 2 swimming pools on site (including one heated). White sand and hibiscus at your door step! DSL line in the lobby. Swimming deck has Umbrellas, picnic tables and BBQ pits - and you can step from the swimming area directly down to the sand. This particular unit has really convenient parking and the recent remodel makes this unit one of the best! New luxurious interior. Master bedroom has two double beds and its own bathroom. Large living area has king size Murphy bed, pull out sofa, and a second bathroom. There is a kitchen so you can choose not to eat out. Two TV’s, two refrigerators, and two coffee makers. There is also a small porch to enjoy your morning coffee.

Special Event rate - $1200/week
Off Season special - November, December, and January - $600/week
Price includes all taxes and cleaning fees and is good for up to 4 people. Each additional person costs $10/night or $50/week. Limit 6 persons total.

All the testimonials about Phyllis and her hospitality are true! Nobody could have been nicer to us. She and her husband greeted us at the door and really made us feel welcome. The condo was furnished with all the supplies we needed for a month. It was perfect. Chocolates, sweet rolls,milk,cereal,coffee,fresh flowers. If it wasn't there and we wanted it, it was there in 20 minutes( a blender- thanks,Bill). Phyllis showed us all around the property and gave us suggestions and info on eating and sightseeing. The location was perfect for us. Fifty steps to the ocean. Two pools, 1 heated,Tiki Bar, charcoal grills and a big deck area to lay in the sun and watch people having a good time. We booked for next year before we left. Phyllis checked wih us occasionally to ensure all was well. If anything was wrong she was a phone call away. Thanks Phyllis for everything. The Deck that faces the beach is perfect to stay out of the hassel of beach traffic however you only 10 paces away from being right in the middle of beach. We stayed on March 29 2007 and if your looking for a great place for family or friends I would highly recommend. By the way Phyliss really goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Great accomadations, we were there for race week & still had time to enjoy the ocean and beach although it wa a little cold at times. Great people to deal with. Unit is roomy,clean and comfortable.The owners like to supprise you with a few extras which was very nice . Very close to restuarants which was important to us as we did not usually get in until late & were usually hungry.Owners tipped us off to some good places to eat. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
