After researching well over 500 rental properties online (in the Orlando area), we determined that this property was the one that we would rent for our trip. Usually, our family stays in Five Star hotels when we travel. Our standards for a rental home are similar to that of the hotels that we rent. This house exceeds all the criteria we have for top hotels. Having the ability to cook our own meals, swim in a private pool, sleep in luxurious bedrooms, and have the conveniences of home makes all the difference when traveling as a family. This home has all of the above. The added bonus of having a smoke-free and pet free environment also makes this house a great choice. In addition to a gorgeous living environment, the prime factor that contributed to a fantastic vacation was the service provided by the owners of the home. The Sampson's went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answer all of our questions. We will return for years to come because of the way we were treated.
