Our group has rented this home the past 2 years and have always had a great time. The pool is a large pool not a Florida 6x10 pool. It is very close to most of the golf courses. It has a grocery store a mile away. It is only 15-20 minutes away from Disney. The home has always been clean and is very well cared for. We plan on renting for many years to come.

We stayed at this lovely villa during the Thanksgiving holidays from 11/23-28/09. I must say that the Villa is very large and beautiful. The owners, Jeff/Barbara, were awesome in letting us arrive early to their villa. My family came from 4 different directions and when we reached the villa, we were at all disappointed. We had a lovely and spacious Thanksgiving dinner and the adults and kids enjoyed the conveinent of the pool room. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool because of the weather, but having the game room made up for the loss. The bedrooms are all very large and spacious and most of them have their very own bathroom which was a major hit. I would recommend this home to anyone who are planning a large family gathering in the Davenport area. This home was awesome and we will rent again. See you next year Jeff/Barbara.

Thank you for allowing us and our team to stay at your rental house this past week for the World Cup Paintball Tournament. Your house is absolutely beautiful and handled our every need. It is very convenient to all of Orlando's attractions. It is very spacious and has a great floor plan. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful...the kids really enjoyed them. The House is really very comfortable, spacious and a good place for a large family group. Well furnished with a great pool and games room.
The property is close to the disney parks and all that Orlando has to offer.

Barbara, Thank you for letting my womens softball team stay in your beautiful home while we played in the World Series. We enjoyed staying there and would like to come back down next year as well. Your home had everything we could possible want and need. Plenty of room to accommidate 14 people along with being close to all the attractions Disney has to offer. We enjoyed the game room & pool and all the comforts of our own homes. We have been staying in villas for a few years now and by far this was our most pleasant experience!!
