You won't fail to think "Quality" as you drive along the street looking as the beautifully manicured landscaping and streetscaping.
Once you pass through the entry gates you will find a small community of only 57 fabulous homes.
Then you will know why this is one of the most sought after rental communities in the Disney Area.
Our stunning executive family home was complted Summer 2005 and offers 2100 square feet of fully air conditioned living space which is perfect to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort.
There are 2 large double bedrooms which have a king size bed in the 1st and a queen size bed in the 2nd and both feature en suites.
There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom.
This bathroom also has direct access to the pool.
All the bedrooms have ample built in closet space.
Our bright and spacious luxury kitchen has all the modern appliances that you might require along with a side by side fridge and freezer with a built in water and ice dispenser.
Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and there is also a formal dining area with seating for 8.
The lounge area features a large TV with cable, a DVD player and has large sliding doors that look out to the spacious lanai and over sized pool deck.
There is a private 30ft x 15ft west facing pool c/w a 7ft spa backing onto orange groves which has the sun from about 9.30am until sunset.
The pool features underwater lights for night time illumination and can be heated during the colder months at additional cost.
Pool furniture sits outside on the lanai for you to enjoy alfresco dining or just taking it easy in the Florida sun.
There is a games room with a superb 8 foot pool table, foosball and air hockey.
All the rooms and the lanai feature ceiling fans.
There are numerous smoke alarms throughout the house and additionally, there is also a safe for guests to use for that additional piece of mind.
The community also features a tennis court and children’s recreation area with a cabana.
The local area has one of the best golf complexes around and features 2 full 18 hole courses designed by Greg Norman and is also home to the David Ledbetter Golf Academy.
We are ideally situated 7 miles from Disney, and 1 mile from Champions Gate and is also very close to local shops and restaurants.
A barbeque and cot are available to rent through our managing agents.

This house has everything! It's roomy, clean,onvenient, elegant and quiet. The bedrooms are excellent size and the bathrooms are oversized. The kitchen is fully equipped and big enough for a crew to work. The dining room seats eight very comfortably and is close enough to the kitchen for easy access. The living room is super comfortable. The patio and pool area is exceptional. The patio is huge and the pool is a good size - great for kids. The pooll table and game tables were a lot of fun. This palce is definitely not boring. Shopping is onle minutes away but far enough away so there is no traffic or noise. The neighborhood is clean and quiet as well as well kept. We are sadly home and back to normal stuff now and had a bit of a sleep today and dealing with suitcases now. The villa was lovely and the kids loved it as . we envy you having such a wonderful place, I am pleased the agents gave you good feedback as we made sure all was nice and tidy with no rubbish left about..but once again many than ks and we hope to be writing to your soon once again for our next holiday.

It's great having Publix and Walgreens
so close by as well as some great eating
places. The villa itself has everything

looked after. The pool is fantastic,
bigger than some we've been in and we
love the relaxing jacuzzi. The total
privacy at the pool is second to none,
love the fact that you're not overlooked

We did have a wonderful tome at your villa. The weather was absolutely perfect - sunny and warn for our entire visit. We spent most of our time in the lovely lanai around the pool. We also appreciated the privacy of your backyard. We wish that we were still there because we returned to snow on the ground and below freezing temperatures. We definitely like the West Haven area and will consider it again in the future.

We stayed at your lovely villa with friends; there was 7 of us, 3 of which were children who loved the games room and of course the swimming pool. There was pleanty of room that we did not feel on top of one another as this was one of our concerns but as soon as we walked through the front door we needn't of worried.
Location of villa couldn't of been better within 10 minutes we were in the disney area. We found ourselves eating at the villa a lot more than anticipated as wanted to stay in and make the most of the pool and seating area.
Both families had a fantastic time and would definatley use your villa again.

Thank you for renting us your beautiful villa. It is in the most fantastic location - very near to the parks and with plenty of local amenities close by but a lovely peaceful area. The villa is so well equipped - everything from towels in the bathrooms to sharp knives in the kitchen. The games room and pool were well used by our group and the lanai provides a lovely area to sit and relax by the pool out of the direct sun. All in all a lovely lovely holiday in a very special villa.

Stayed at this villa for a week from the 29th May 2009. We have always stayed in hotels in Orlando before but this is definitely the best way to do it. The villa has everything you can wish for including beach towels. Pool is great- a bit cool early morning or late evening but i don't think it needs heating this time of year. We really had a great time. Our only problem was we didn't use the facilities as much as we would have liked as we had a packed week and most days were out till quite late. it is really close to all the parks. I think a good idea would be to provide a map of the area as we weren't sure of where the main roads went to until later on in the week when we managed to find a local map. Maybe some more info on where to find supermarkets like Walmart etc- Publix is extortionate! and restaurants. Really this is nit picking though. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for the e-mail we appreciate it. We had a fantastic holiday in your beautiful home and spent a lot more time by the pool than we normally would have because it was so lovely. When we arrived we were surprised to see the “for sale” sign in the garden but the estate agent called while we were there and she said the house is no longer on the market. We thought you might like to know that the sign hasn’t been taken down yet as this may put renters off rebooking with you for fear that new buyers wouldn’t honour their bookings. We only mention this because we were so disappointed when we saw the sign as we would definitely book with you the next time we visit Orlando. The house and area were perfect and exactly what we look for when on holiday. We have stayed in villas before yours was by far the best we’ve been in and very well equipped. The last house we were in had no oven trays, bowls and very little cookware so when we saw what was in your kitchen we were so pleased that we bought a non stick frying pan an

The accommodation was spacious enough to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably and was of a very high standard.The grandchildren particularly loved the pool and games room. Sorry for the delay - We had a lovely holiday in Florida in May - the villa was the icing on the cake! The villa met all our different expectations and had all you could possibly need for a luxurious holiday. I in-fact was quite poorly with 'skin cancer' - and while my husband, son and his 2 friends were playing in the pool /games-room, I was chilling by the pool in the shade. The villa was big enough to escape from people! Thank you for a very restful holiday and I would definately recommend your property to my friends.

We enjoyed staying in your villa very much. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the game room, as well. It was nice to shoot a game of pool before heading out for the day's activities. There were a couple things that would have made our stay more enjoyable. First, the only remote control that had batteries was the TV remote. The DVD remote, and all the remotes in the bedrooms did not have batteries. Second, only one kitchen trash bag was left for us. We had to purchase extra trash bags. Finally, the temperature of the jacuzzi spa only went up to the temperature of the pool. It made using it in the evenings impossible. It was just too cold. It would have been nice to know that the spa wasn't a true "hot tub". Had I known that, I wouldn't have requested the pool heat for our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. And I would recommend the villa to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We liked your villa very much having recently stayed there with our son & wife and two teenagers. Very comfortable and spaciou. The "big kids" really enjoyed the games room. Already mentioned it in an email to Alan: Absolutely the top!! The house was spotless, the complimentary soap and shampoos were the cherries, and the feel of welcome we got when we arrived late (we drove down from Atlanta) was awesome. Next morning, we had breakfast at the pool and the view from the pool area into the groves (instead of somebody elses fence) made it even better. To top it, sunshine and 14(!!) hot-air balloons drifting slowly by at nearly armslength. (Not part of Alan and Mel's package, but it would not surprise me... ;-)) Then the location: even better. You like golf? Champions Gate is just around the corner. A bit dear but fun to do for one time if you are a (vivid) golfer... (mind you, very well taken care of: 5 groundspersons followed us to repair the damage, that's how good we are..) Downtown Disney: 15 minutes!! Outlet Centre: 15 minutes!! Old-town: 15 minutes!! Charlie's (Florida's #1 steakhouse): 15 min!! One is actually on all of it's doorstep, without feeling crowded. Just one thing: that Toll-road!! Who on earth invented the USD.0,75 toll?!? Costs more to slow down and pull up again.... But all in all, great!! Will book again definatly 2009, tried to book 2008, but there is no avaibility in the period that we can take the kids from school. Thank you for letting us stay in your villa last week (22-28 Oct 2007.) We had a fantastic holiday, although wish it could have been longer as we didn't spend enough time relaxing around your pool. The villa is in a great location, peaceful but still only 20 minutes from Disney. My daughter really misses the size of your 2nd bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and my son misses your games room. Jill and I will miss the whole house!

We have just returned from a 3 week stay in your beautiful Villa and just wanted to tell you we had a wonderful time. The villa was first class. The facilities were great, especially the pool and games room. My teen son loved having his own big bed and en-suite and of course the playstation.
What we also loved was the location. The Manor is a beautiful community, the best we have ever stayed in, so handy for the I4 and Champions Gate. What we particularly loved was the setting of your villa, you definately have one of the best plots, so private with the lemon groves behind, absolute heaven with the sun all day. We would sit by the pool at night and watch the sun set.
We are already looking to next year and wondered if you could give us a quote and tell us the availability for 3 weeks from Sat 28 June 2008.

We were all so excited when we arrived at the house. It is even more breathtaking in real life than on the virtual tour.It has everything you will ever need to have an unforgetable stay in Florida. It is perfectly positioned for Disney and all of the other main attractions.By far the best house we have ever stayed in and believe me we are very particular. My advice to anybody looking for Luxurios, Spacious and ideally placed home for your holiday......Just book it!!!!!

Alan - we were absolutely delighted with your property. It was (even) better than the brochure had led us to expect. It was bigger than we expected, very comfortable and extremely clean and tidy. The pool area (with all around flyscreen) was fantastic - my 4 (grown-up) children loved it and were in it every day. Games room was also well equipped and very popular. We have nothing negative to say - all 6 of us loved the place 100% and were very sorry to leave it at the end of our holiday. We will recommend it to anybody. Thanks a lot

Although the house was great for our needs on our two week vacation, two areas were somewhat disappointing. First, it seemed that the management company did not expect us at the same time as the owner did. Getting there at night, there were no lights on for us so I could not see the lockbox on the back side of the post. I had to angle my car towards the front door and use a mirror to reflect light to see the box. Next the code did not work. I called the emergency number and waited for a call back and got the same code and then finally an alternate code was given that did work. Also I did not realize that the pool heater was electric therefore would only work at an air temp above 60 degrees as per management.The pool would cool off at night and take all the next day to warm up. Only swam a couple of times. It was a very cold Feb and I know you can not control the weather. Everything about the house itself was great. We had a fantastic time in Fl would stay here again. Thanks Alan for the use of your villa and your professional manner in your dealings with us.

I wanted you to know how we felt about staying at your villa.
We followed directions just fine. They got us there with no problems. When we got to the home we opened the door and must say it was even better then we expected.
It was just beautiful. The first impression is very important I feel. So we saw the over all picture with the pool at the other side. Then we checked out the bedrooms. Was so happy to see the showers. Having two rooms with walk in showers were wonderful. I didnt realize there were two of them. One in each large bedroom. And a really nice large size also.
After that we checked out the game room. Everything was wonderful.
The first thing I did was put on my suit and hit the pool. That was my favorite place. Everyone had there favorite area in the home. The men loved the game room.
The arraingement of the kitchen was great and I can't think of one thing that would have made it better other then internet access. I did miss not being able to use my computer.
Over all we loved everything and am very happy we stayed there. Our son never made it down from Wisconsin but that was our only disappointment.
I would say to please 5 seniors with different likes and dislikes isn't an easy job. But I must say the stay at your beautiful home there was not one complaint. We all love every minute of it.
We did have a visitor in the game room .....But I used the broom to get him out...Ha ha. No problem...

We had a fabulous time whilst in Orlando made even better by having your exceptionally comfortble and well appointed home to return to. We actually spent a couple of days at the property lounging in and around the pool as the parks can become too much after a while.
The management team you have there are very helpful and considerate.

The property was excellent. It is new and very clean. The villa is spacious as we stayed there with 3 families. The pool was facing west and had sun from 11 AM till sunset. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone. It is clean, new, and has all the amenities required.
