Beautiful 3 Bed 2 Bath Villa with private pool & spa that is perfectly placed to maximize your family's vacation fun here in the entertainment capital of Florida! It is located in the popular Sunset Ridge gated community - near to the heart of the Disney area. With excellent road links to the I-4 corridor.you can get to the parks even more quickly. Sunset Ridge is just minutes from some fabulous "eateries" and shops. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests is luxurious comfort.
Here you will enjoy over 1,800 square feet of space, and has a large "family gathering" room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishings including a love-seat and sofa, a cable TV, and DVD
- so you can watch your favourite movie (you'll have to bring it). It also has a stereo system provided for your most cherished music, and a games-console for the kids to play on too.
Outside, there's a superb and optionally heated private, screened, pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit and soak in "the rays" as you look out. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
The sleeping accommodation at our villa includes a master suite that enjoys a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, cable TV, plus a master bathroom with shower, roman-style tub, mirrored vanity basin, and toilet. There's also a closet off this bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, nightstand with lamp, and dresser that has an adjacent shared family bathroom. The third bedroom is ideal for the kids - and enjoys 2 twin beds to help them drift away to sleep at the end of each fun-packed day. All bedrooms are fitted with radio clocks. The den area also has a queen-size sleeper sofa, with cable TV and DVD player.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat together as a family while on vacation at the formal dining area, the breakfast nook - or al-fresco by the pool!
There is free broadband access, if you have a laptop, and also free telephone calls.
