Disney Villa

This great value villa situated just one mile south of Interstate 4 just off the US27 in a quiet cul-de-sac, is within 15 minutes drive of Walt Disney World. We have a private south east facing pool (15x30) with extended pool deck.

An ideal place to relax in between or after action-packed days. Our home is equipped to a high standard with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen,laundry, 3 Cable TVs and hair dryer. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed and a safe is also available for rent. (Payable locally)



sleeping :

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.



general :

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.



entertainment :

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.All local calls are free.



eating & living :

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.



This is a non-smoking villa



Our management company are on hand to solve any problems you may have. They are available 24 hours a day. Contact them by phone during office hours and via an emergency number outside office hours. You can pay locally if you wish to use the safe or hire cots,high chairs etc for a youngster. They also have VCRs and BBQs available if you require them. Our home is a no smoking house, but you are welcome to smoke outside the property and ash trays are provided. All doors leading out to the pool are alarmed, if you so wish, for your peace of mind if you have young children, and for your security.



The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
