Our beautifully furnished villa of 2460sq ft, newly refurbished 2012 & packed with extra features & upgrades, including extended pool deck, standalone spa, games room, Nintendo Wii, 46 inch LED TV with HD cable, Blu-ray player, gas BBQ, security safe & Wifi Internet. There are 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, king & queen master suites both have full en-suite facilities with large Jacuzzi bath & double shower to the first master. Our games room has pool table, air hockey, foosball, table tennis, basketball & darts.
The oversize pool is of an unusual shape giving larger open swim area. Luxuries include; underwater pool lighting, outdoor shower, outdoor ceiling fan, padded deck furniture, standalone hot tub / spa with underwater spa light.
My wife Claire’s love of model / show homes is clear to see in our beautifully presented holiday home. All bedrooms and living rooms have cable TV and ceiling fans, in addition to air-conditioning for added comfort.
Our villa in Orlando was previously a show home / model home, so contains many upgrades, such as: ceramic floor tiling to living room, marble top sinks to all bathrooms, glass top oven, icemaker fridge, luxury blinds, embossed tiling to bathrooms, jacuzzi bath, roll edge corners to walls. Collectively these features make our villa more luxurious than the standard Orlando holiday home.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. There is ample room for relaxing in either the family room, with access to the pool deck or the formal living room. For mealtimes there is the sumptuous formal dining area, the breakfast nook overlooking the pool and not forgetting the covered lanai for shaded alfresco dining.
We have continued to upgrade our home year on year, additions include; games room, standalone spa, an extra 200 square foot screened pool deck extension, Nintendo Wii with 5 game sports package of golf, tennis, boxing, bowling and baseball, As well as new pictures, furnishings, linens, towels, beach towels for those reduced baggage allowances and replacing all those kitchen nick-knacks, to keep the house spick and span. Also included the latest technology; 46” LED TV with HD digital, Blu-ray player, high-speed Wifi & free national calls.
For golfers there are 2 highly rated courses less than five minutes from our villa. These are the new, Greg Norman designed, 36 hole, Champions Gate course and the scenic Highlands Reserve course.

A very nice home, well above average for a rental - up to and including the linens, towels, and other small niceties. Location is great... convenient, but out of the craziness that is found in Kissimee or the International Drive area. Shopping and restaurants close by, but home is located on a quiet street. This was our ninth stay in rental villas in the Orlando area and this one was among the best. It had everything we could possibly need and much more. Our family of 2 adults and 3 children visited the villa in May 2008. The location and facilities were excellent. Parents and children all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games room. The bedrooms and ensuite facilties were a complete luxury and the basketball challenge of number of baskets scored took place daily! The informaiton books were really helpful and we made extensive use of the excellent tips and advice which saved us time and what could have been disappointment if we had not for example booked to swim with dolphins the day after we arrived. We stayed in the villa in early September for two weeks and found it exactly as described on the web site. As we arrived late afternoon and drove down from sanford it was great to find a very cool welcoming place. The hot tub had been heated and was ready for us to use straight away.(which we took advantage of)The books of useful information were very handy and we refered to them daily.I can definately recommend a trip to Celebration for Brunch.The villa is very handy for all the parks, shopping malls and restraunts,Applebys being the nearest and good value for what you pay.A quick tip if the dollar rate is still good, travel light and buy in the factory outlets, The airport is very strict on the weight of your bags and weigh your hand luggage as well.(check your allowance we had 25kg each not enough, should have packed less the charge was $15 per kilo over your allowance) I would certainly recommend you to use this villa.Mike and Claire really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.Any questions you may have before you travel are answered very quickly and Claire phoned while we were at the villa to check everything was o.k.Very impressed. We stayed in the villa in July 2006.This was a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 children.There was plenty of space for us all.The villa is very,very clean and well kept.All rooms were spacious and well furnished.The games room was a great added bonus for the kids.The pool and hot tub were used day and night,especially after a very hectic day at the parks! We love your home a lot! The pool was great after a hard day! Everyone wanted the master bedroom because it was so beautiful. This house was great for 7 people we all had a blast. My family stayed in the villa for Christmas 2004 , we cooked a full turkey lunch using the large cooker then watch James Bond on one of the many televisions followed by a swim in the pool. I paid extra for this to be heated a MUST in winter. We had 4 generations in our party and this villa has space for us all. Still had washing and ironing to do but we were able to use the large washing and drying machines - a tip we found washing did'nt dry well hung in garage so put on hangers and hung over the machines in laundry room.
