We stayed in this home last year and just fell in love with the home and how spacious it is. The accomodations are wonderful -the house was clean and immaculate when we arrived and we had no complaints. We are planning ahead for Thanksgiving 2011 and my mother does not want to rent any other house but yours - we all tend to hang around the kitchen and just laugh and talk and enjoy one another. This year, because of the weather, the kids and adults were able to enjoy the wonderful pool and jacuzzi. Since being back home, I have told several people about your house. The pool is a large pool not a Florida 6x10 pool. It is very close to most of the golf courses. It has a grocery store a mile away. It is only 15-20 minutes away from Disney. The home has always been clean and is very well cared for. We plan on renting for many years to come. The owners, Jeff/Barbara, were awesome in letting us arrive early to their villa. My family came from 4 different directions and when we reached the villa, we were at all disappointed. We had a lovely and spacious Thanksgiving dinner and the adults and kids enjoyed the conveinent of the pool room. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool because of the weather, but having the game room made up for the loss. The bedrooms are all very large and spacious and most of them have their very own bathroom which was a major hit. I would recommend this home to anyone who are planning a large family gathering in the Davenport area. This home was awesome and we will rent again. See you next year Jeff/Barbara.
