Enjoy the privacy of a private villa on The Reserves at Town Center, a private gated resort only 6 miles south of Disney World, and close to junction 58 on the I4.

Ideally situated for access to a wide range of activities and attractions including excellent golf courses, Gatorland, Fantasy of Flight, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Skull Kingdom to name just a few.

For those who like to indulge in some retail therapy there is a wide range of malls and stores to visit.

Alternatively, why not 'chill out' and relax by the pool overlooking the natural lake.

Accommodation comprises two master bedrooms with private facilites, each with a Queen sized bed, and two additional twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom adjacent.

The master suites both open out onto the south facing deck, and the L-shaped heated pool.

If you enjoy your privacy, the villa does not back onto another villa's pool, but enjoys views across a large natural lake.

Fully equipped for up to 10 guests, with full air conditioning, supplemented by ceiling fans.

The pool can be heated for a fee to cover the fuel costs, and we can arrange a variety of extra services through our agents.
