and adjoining dining area, then through to the fully
equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, nook and also
the second lounge area - the generously furnished
family room with cable TV. A privacy door leads to
the Guest Master Suite (King size bed) with its own
full bathroom and deck access.



Two sets of sliding doors open onto the deck (with
lanai to provide shade) heatable pool and spa, and
plenty of poolside furniture.



Upstairs the attractive galleried landing overlooks the
lounge, off the landing are three twin bedrooms (one
can easily become a third King size), the third

doors open to the Master (King size bed), with its
luxurious en-suite which includes twin basins,
separate shower, separate WC , large corner Roman
bath and walk-in closet.



DisneyWorld is about 12 minutes away, shops and
restaurants 3 minutes and Highlands Reserve Tee#1,
even less!
