Deposits:
A reservation deposit of $250 is required, which is non-refundable. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days during which time we must receive your completed booking forms and reservation deposit. The balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to the date you arrive at the condo and any booking made within this period is due in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of $250 must be paid at the time of the balance payment. The condo will be available to guests after 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Cleaning Fee: $65.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation charges are as follows : Any cancellation 10 weeks or more – $100, 30-70 days – 25% of the rental charge, 15-30 days – 50% of the rental charge, less than 14 days - 75% of the rental charge.
Other Fees:
All Taxes and Fees are included.
