Fully equipped including linens and towels. Kitchen includes microwave, ice maker, dishwasher,& washer ( coin operated dryer on site). Air conditioned, CD player, beach toys in storage. Fully decorated with beach themes and faux finishes, very clean, ready to enjoy! See the shuttle launches & rockets from your own patio or the roof top deck for spectacular beach coast views.

$800/ week $2500/month plus $100 cleaning fee paid locally. Families preferred and couples over the age of 23 only. No pets and absolutely no smoking inside the unit.$300. deposit at time of booking and balance due 45 days before occupancy to accomodate key arrangement.
