Full payment, plus the security deposit, is due eight weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure will require full payment to be returned with the booking form. A receipt letter will be sent on acceptance of the booking deposit and booking reservation form, confirming the date of the villa rental, the full payment required and the due date. The final payment receive letter will include maps of the villa, the villa entry information, guest registration form and other useful information. Lodging Tax: 11% Cleaning Fee: $75.00 Cancellations and Refunds: In the event that you cancel your confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges will apply: - Date of cancellation (postmark) before the arrival date Cancellation charge (less booking deposit) 8 - 6 weeks 50% 6 – 4 weeks 75% 4 weeks 100% Please note the booking deposit is non-refundable; therefore, we strongly recommend that insurance be taken out at the time of booking, to cover possible cancellation.
