We proudly welcome you here on the GULF BEACHES at Clearwater Beach / Sand Key. We are internationally known for our pristine beaches, fabulous food, and wonderful access to Tampa International Airport, the St.Petersburg - Clearwater Airport, Busch Gardens, and the NEW Florida Aquarium. Orlando and the Disney attractions are just 90 minutes away. Day trips from our beaches to Universal Studios, Sea World and Cypress Gardens are very popular.
Lighthouse Towers is one of the newer and exclusive direct Beach front buildings on Sand Key. Each residence looks directly out upon the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and most offer magnificent views of Clearwater Bay.
ACCOMODATIONS: We offer 1 BR, 2 BR and 2 BR Terrace apartments. All our units have a balcony or terrace with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico.
- ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT (880 sqf): The apartments are ideal for 2 adults. All units are completely furnished and decorated, come with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, balcony with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, assigned parking space The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook the beach. The kitchen overlooks the Bay.
- 2 BEDROOM CONVERTIBLE APARTMENT (1,120 sqf): The apartments are ideal for a family with one or 2 children. The units are like the one bedroom units but come with a den, which is converted to a smaller 2nd. bedroom. The unit also features a 2nd. full bathroom and a larger balcony. The apartments are completely furnished and decorated, come with a king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 double bed in the 2nd. bedroom, balcony with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, assigned parking space. The living room and the Master bed room have mirror walls and overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the 2nd. bedroom overlooks the Intercostal Waterway.
- 2 BEDROOM DELUXE APARTMENT (1,420 sqf): The apartments are ideal for guests who like luxury and space. The units are completely furnished and designer decorated, come with a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd. bedroom, bar, balcony with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, assigned parking space. The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the 2nd. bedroom overlooks the Intercostal Waterway.
- 2 BEDROOM TERRACE APARTMENT (Please note: Because of the high demand for the Terrace units, please E-mail or call for availability).
The apartments are ideal for guests who like the space and feeling of a beach house. The apartments come with a 600 sqf. Gulf front private terrace with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, private patio furniture's and are complete tastefully furnished and decorated, king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd. bedroom, assigned parking space and are equipped with absolutely everything like 3 phones, A/C, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo / CD, including a new fully equipped kitchen and new washer/dryer. We stayed here with our 1-year-old son and LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it! The Terrace unit is so great with it's expansive views! The location of the condo building is near some shops and restaurants, but you do have to drive (or take the shuttle) to the main part of Clearwater Beach. The condo was very clean and has a GREAT washer and dryer in the unit. The pool area is very nice and has a BBQ and Tiki hut for having parties or just for cooking lunch. ENJOY!
