Clearwater Beach Home with 2 Heated Pools Close to Beach and Restaurants
Our vacation home is part of a family friendly 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church, on Clearwater Beach Island (Click on our web link for lots more photos) These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 new heated pools, surrounded by palm trees. We are 2 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening. These vacation homes are privately owned and managed. Also available is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 bedroom 1. Our stay at the Tangerine Dream was wonderful! The property itself fit our family of 5 perfectly and we loved having a full kitchen with dining area as well as plenty of space for the five of us to relax. The outdoor patio area furnished with a gas grill was also a great feature. A nice surprise was the availability of beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we could easily grab on our two block walk to the beach. The owners were very friendly and responded right away when we reported a light bulb had burnt out. Teresa is very detail oriented and was very responsive from the moment we inquired about the availability of the property all the way through the day we checked out. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will be our choice to stay when we visit Clearwater Beach in the future! Thank you, Jodi

Teresa & Max, Our flight out of Tampa was 8 am. Enjoyed the week at the cottage, perfect weather, short walk to the beach, went to the Dali museum & Fine Arts museum in St. Pete, Honeymoon Island/Caladesi State Parks. We used the patio every day. So relaxing, both of us needed a break from our daily routine. The accommodation was perfect for our needs with the quiet neighborhood, yet easily access to the beach. We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in the Clearwater Beach Condo. We are a family of four with 2 boys who absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and tidy. Max and Teresa were helpful and always available – immediately fixing anything that we reported. The pools were great and we made great friends with the Canadian family next door who had two teenage girls. We enjoyed it so much that our 2 week summer holiday is booked for August 2013. Only problem was 9 days was not long enough.

This was our first year staying with you and we will be back! We have a family of 4 with 2 children and this was just a great fit for us. We especially like the location of the Lazy Lemon having what seemed like our very own private pool while right out our back door! The cottage was especially clean and included everything we needed for the week. We even took advantage of the outside grill and cooked out several times by the pool (again completely private as if it was our very own). The location of the cottages are an easy walk to the beach, playground, basketball courts which we took advantage of several times during our stay. I must say though, one of the greatest assets to me was having our very own washer and dryer to use free of charge! WOW...that was awesome to have!
