Nightly Rate is from $109 per night plus taxes at 13%. Actual rate depends on occupancy, duration of stay & time of year. Please e-mail for firm quote. 20% Deposit secures reservation. NO Cleaning Charge for stays of 6 nights or more. Cleaning Charge of $80 for stays of LESS than 6 nights. Pool heat is $20 per night for number of nights house reserved. Hot Tub always heated free of charge.
