During the summer the seaward wind is refreshing and during the winter there is a comfortable warming influence. The average temperature is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit / 27 degrees Celcius. This is the absolute paradise for fishermen, golfers, and the Sun and Fun Seekers. Dream beaches and shelling are very nearby.
Cape Coral is known for their beautiful green courses with quick on tee times. Other courses are available just minutes out of Cape Coral. You will not have enough time for all the best courses whether in Cape Coral or minutes out of town.

Master bedroom newly furnished with a king sized bed, large cable TV, newly built master bath with bidet, and walk in closets with direct access to the private, screened in pool area. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV, and walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, cable TV, and a walk-in closet. A newly rebuilt and furnished guest bath is located off the guest bedrooms. Also available from pool area is direct access to the guest bathroom. Don't bother bringing the hair dryer, iron or ironing board, and linens, it's all there! FUL SIZE Washer & Dryer. Just bring yourselves and the sun tanning lotion.
The private pool is electric heated. The screened in pool area also has outdoor speakers. You can listen to your favorite CD's, DVD's, TV, or radio stations while outside in the sun. Two bicycles are provided for your use, during your stay. Fishing is as close as the back yard. Dock your boat rental right at your back door, with direct and quick Gulf access.
Boat rentals available upon request. Boat delivery to dock available upon request. Baby crib available upon request. (no high chair)

We rented this property from November 1 to November 30, 2009. The house was in mint condition when we arrived : it was above our most optimist expectations. Very well maintained and situated in a friendly neighborhood, I would not hesitate to rent it again should I decide to go back to Cape Coral in the future. The jumping fishes in the canal and the fruit tree on the backyard are among our best memories.
P.S. The owner, Mr and Mrs Wagner were very helpful during our stay and returned our security deposit as per our lease agreement. (I must say that I was a bit apprehensive concerning this last point : there is not a lot you can do from Canada, should a dishonest landlord decide not to refund your deposit).

My family and I resided at this Villa in July 2008. The owners were very accommodating, informative, and timely in all of our dealings. The Villa is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is also accessible to a nearby shopping mall, activities, restaurants, and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning for future visits when available.

Lovely villa with all amenities & home comforts you could possibly wish for. Very clean, spacious & well laid out, making our 3 week stay there very enjoyable. Great location for the beautiful sights of south west Florida. Jumping fish, otters, butterflies & all other manner of wildlife can be seen while relaxing by the pool.

The Villa was everything we had hoped for and more it certainly gave us the WOW factor when we first arrived. It was much larger than appeared in the photo's and had every thing to make our vacation very comfortable. The pool area was fantastic most of it seeing the sun from morning till night. the comunication from the owners was first class and we will definately stay there again when we do our next trip to florida. Mr. & Mrs. Wagner, Your pictures do not serve your property justice. When we arrived, we were so over joyed and surprised how much better it was in person. Also we enjoyed seeing the Manatee swimming in the canal. We will for sure be back.
