Our villa is located in the Cape Coral Yacht Club area
on an intersecting canal just minutes from the river.
Cape Coral is a boaters paradise and the beaches of
Sanibel and Captiva are just minutes away in one of
our boats which are available for rent.



The villa has a solar and electric (extra charge)
heated pool with a large poolside area complete with
barbeque. The southern and western aspect means
maximum sunshine, ideal for sunbathing. A garden
path leads down to a large boat dock, captain's walk
and Tiki Hut which has a private seating area with
beautiful views and sunsets.



Our beautiful house is positioned at the end of a quiet
cul-de-sac. Whether you want to fish, play golf, shop
or just relax in the sun by the pool or sundeck, the
peaceful and convenient location provides the
ingredients for a truly memorable vacation.
